THE "DM-1" ("DIGITAL-MOVIES-1") PROJECT

 

Being a "private- or direct-placement" investment," this unique "principal-collateralized" or "return-of-principal-guaranteed" Project (being "unparalleled" in its industry) is being offered internationally only to discerning and qualified investors. Note: Relative to the present or an applicable fiscal tax year and dependent on respective personal tax aspects and as prescribed by the U.S. Jobs Creation Act of 2004 (Section 181 of the U.S. I.R.S. Code), certain “100%-tax-write-off” possibilities might convey important tax benefits, as well as “increased-return” projections, to the U.S. domiciled investor. Concerning such, prospective investors should obtain competent legal and tax counsel. For a brief overview of this relevant federal Tax Act, see Exhibit 6 in the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM).

In mid 2008, this important Jobs Creation Tax Act was extended by Congress for another year — through 2009. (As originally enacted, it was set to expire on 31 December 2008.)
